Who wore this? That is always the first question we ask here at Mayveda Jewellery. This ring dates back to 1890, it was most likely a mans ring due to its size, possibly a wedding band. The buckle ring symbolises the sentimental, binding love between the giver and the wearer of the ring.
Our antique Victorian ring is set in sterling silver, this heavy ring has a number of marks indicating the piece was hallmarked in 1890 in Birmngham, England. The ring was made by the maker 'H.B', Herbert Bushell who worked in Northampton Street in Birmingham.
